Learning new sleuthing techniques that provide insight without offense!

Mike Youngblood, Associate Partner at gravitytank in San Francisco, spoke to the Canada Chapters last month, sharing stories and tips around observational techniques in public spaces. Mike not only pointed out the understanding and insight that can come from pure observation; he showed how we could differentiate ourselves by providing this perspective to win business. The tools and tips he developed and shared were invaluable in making the process easy, flexible and thorough. His funny and memorable stories brought to life the varied applications where observation can be beneficial.

We had live attendance in Toronto and webinar attendees from Montreal, Quebec City and the Maritimes. Thank you, Mike, and our hosts at Consumer Vision, Ad Hoc Research, and Focus Vision for making the event possible. We would also like to thank all the enthusiastic Canadian attendees!
