Catherine is a hands-on leader who loves to explore uncharted territory! By deeply excavating rational and emotional motivators qualitatively, and then measuring their subtle effects quantitatively, she ensures that authentic consumer needs are available to inform and drive business decisions.
With over 20 years in the field, Catherine has worked on discovery, innovation, positioning and communications research across a range of industries for organizations including CIBC, Clorox, Canadian Tire, HBC, Kellogg’s, Kraft, OLG, Pfizer, Rogers, Thompson Reuters, TSX and Yahoo!
Prior to founding the company in 2001, Catherine was President, Market Probe Canada; Vice President, Research Dimensions; and Manager, Strategic Research and Planning for Royal Trust and Royal Bank.
She is a long-term active member and speaker at MRIA (Market Research & Intelligence Association), is an accredited CMRP (Certified Market Research Professional), and a member and speaker at QRCA (Qualitative Research Consultants Association).
Catherine holds a B. Commerce (Marketing) and B.A. (English).
